Nanogy is a biodegradable non metallic conductive nanotech material that can be used to heat garments without the use of wires or metal simply by attaching it to a standard battery pack. The fact it is a nanotechnology means the resulting textiles materials are very lightweight and flexible. The lack of metal also makes the textile easier to wash.
